FOR FACELESS INSTAGRAM ACCOUNTS

You are not short of ideas. You are short of evidence.

You post, you check the number, and you have no idea what it means. So you change something. Next week you change something else. Three months in you have changed everything and learned nothing.

This is the system that ends that.

Twenty one ideas tested. Sixteen killed. The five that survived are in here with their real numbers, and so are the sixteen that did not.

You already know how the week ends

It is Sunday. You open the app and look at what the week did.

One hundred and eighty views. Three hundred and forty. Two hundred and ten. One that did nine hundred, and you still do not know why.

And here is the actual problem. You cannot tell whether any of that is good.

You have nothing to hold it against. Not another post from the same day, not a version of the same idea, nothing. Just seven numbers from seven different days, each one a single roll of something you do not control.

So you make a decision anyway, because you have to make something next week. You decide the hooks are wrong. Or the times. Or the whole direction.

And next Sunday you decide something different, on the same amount of evidence.

The same reel. One day apart.

251 views on 27 August. 162,000 the next day.

Same words on the screen. Same caption. Same music. The only difference between those two posts was which four second clip was playing behind the text.

I did not get better overnight. I did not learn anything between Tuesday and Wednesday.

Read that number again and then think about what you did last time a post got 251 views. You decided something. About the idea, about the hook, or about yourself.

You were not wrong to look at the number. You were wrong to think one number could tell you anything, and nobody has ever explained to you why it cannot.

One run is a single sample of something that swings by a factor of six hundred.

One post a day is one data point a day

Three out of four things I make do not survive. That is not modesty, it is the count: twenty one concepts tested, sixteen killed, five still running.

Now put that rate against one post a day.

You need to test something for a full week before you can say anything about it, because a person scrolling on Monday morning is not the same person scrolling on Saturday night. One idea a week, three out of four failing, and you are looking at half a year to find four things that work.

That is not a discipline problem. Nothing you do harder fixes it.

You are running one experiment at a time on a system that needs a comparison to mean anything at all.

Five at once, and the comparison comes for free

A reel that does 2,000 views means nothing on its own. Good? Bad? You cannot say.

A reel doing 2,000 while the four next to it are doing 8,000 tells you everything, immediately, with no threshold and no guessing.

That is the whole idea. You stop measuring against a number you had to invent, and start measuring against yourself, on the same day, in the same conditions.

And it only works if you hold the rest still. Same music on all five, always. Hook and caption locked per concept. Only two things are allowed to move: the idea, and the clip behind it.

Lock everything else and the numbers stop being noise. When one of them jumps, you know which of the two did it.

Five a day is not thirty five reels a week.

The same five run again tomorrow, and the day after. You need one new idea a week, not five a day. Building the week takes about two minutes per reel, once, on a Sunday.

What your Sunday looks like instead

Open your five. Write down views and follows for each one. Kill the one at the bottom.

Bring in one new idea. Get the next seven clips and build the week.

Twenty minutes. Once.

And then nothing else about your account is a decision until the following Sunday. Not on the Tuesday when something flops. Not on the Thursday when something takes off.

That is the real thing this buys you. Not more posts. One decision a week instead of seven, made with five numbers in front of you instead of one.

Sixteen died so five could exist

Every concept below got real runs, real clips and real days. Here is the gap between the ones that made it and the ones that did not.

Concept Best trial run After sharing it with followers
How often should you post 162,000 277,000

The best any of the sixteen dead concepts ever managed was 4,385 views. The gap is not subtle, and you cannot see it from one post at a time.

Look at the last column too. Every winner that went out to my own followers roughly doubled. Three for three. That is what the testing is actually for. Not views from the test. Knowing which one of your ideas deserves your audience.

This will not do much for you yet

You can switch trial reels on at 200 followers with a creator account. So you could start this week.

I am going to tell you not to expect much, because I would rather you hear it from me than find out on your own and think you did it wrong.

I have a second account. Same person, same method, same music, same kind of footage. 850 followers. I have run around two hundred trial reels on it, including the exact videos that did 25,500 views on my main account.

Not one of them has ever passed 5,000.

Eligible is not the same as effective. Before a thousand followers, engagement is the engine and your daily post is the fuel, and that part is free in my blueprint.

Buy this when you are close to a thousand, or past it. Turn the system on before then if you want the practice, but do not expect the numbers yet.

The free blueprint is at fixyourincome.co/the-3k-growth-blueprint

What is in the book

  • The five slot machine. Why five, what stays locked, what moves, and the clip rotation that stops Instagram reading your post as a repost.

  • The kill rule, in two regimes. What to do every Sunday while you are building, what changes once all five are working, and why a fixed view threshold would have killed my best ideas in month one.

  • Where the ideas come from. How to read a reel that worked, what to keep, what to rewrite, and the folder that means you never sit down to an empty page.

  • The full daily routine with the clock on it. 6:45, 7:00, 7:05, 7:20, and what each block is for. Plus the DM mistake that got me blocked from messaging for 24 hours.

  • The five that survived, in full. Hooks, on-screen text, structure and numbers, with why each one works.

  • The sixteen that died, with their ceilings, so you know what a loser actually looks like.

  • What to do when one hits. The 24 hour window, why sharing roughly doubles it, and the three times you should not share.

  • Living numbers at the back. Every figure that can move sits on one page, so there is one place to check and one place for me to update.

Every future edition, free

Instagram changes and this book changes with it. Every future edition of The Growth Machine is yours at no extra cost, for as long as I keep writing it.

You buy it once.

And one way to earn from it

At some point I will open an affiliate programme on this book. You recommend it, someone buys it, you earn a share.

It does not exist yet. I am telling you about it anyway, because of what happens when it does.

Everyone who already owns the book is in. Including you. No upgrade, no second purchase, nothing to apply for. You will get an email.

You are not allowed to resell this book, and that is deliberate. Reselling puts your name on my numbers, and my numbers are the only thing that makes it worth anything.

This is the honest version instead. Send your affiliate link to the person you think needs it, and get paid for the introduction.

Hi, I'm Amy

I'm 33, from Norway, and you are never going to see my face.

Three months ago this account had zero followers. I have never filmed a single video. I have never run an advert, and I have never paid for a follower, a boost or a shoutout.

I am not writing this from the finish line. I am writing it three months in, while it is still happening, which is why every number on this page is one I can show you instead of one you have to believe.

And one thing I will not do. There is no income claim anywhere in this book. I have built an audience. I have not built the income yet, and I am not going to sell you a result I have not produced.

Before you decide

Do I need to show my face?

No. I have never filmed a single video. Not one. Every clip in every reel came from a library, and the only edit is a black layer at 25 to 50 percent so the white text is readable.

How long does this take every day?

About thirty minutes, and most of it is engagement rather than making anything. Fifteen minutes before you post, fifteen after. Building the five reels happens once a week and takes about two minutes each.

Is this the same as the free blueprint?

No, and the line between them is sharp. The blueprint is the foundation: your profile, your engagement, posting every day, and the mix. It is what gets you to a thousand. This is the machine that runs on top of it. Five ideas at once, the rotation, the kill rule, and the numbers to judge them by. None of it is in the blueprint.

What if it does not work for me?

It might not, and I have put the reasons in the book rather than hiding them. It does little below a thousand followers, and I show you the 850 follower account that proves it. Three out of four ideas fail even when the system is working. What I can promise is that every number in the book is mine and real, including the sixteen failures.

Next Sunday is coming either way

You will open the app and look at a handful of numbers that cannot tell you anything, and you will make a decision anyway. You have done it every week so far.

You can keep doing that. Plenty of accounts do, for a year, and then quietly stop.

Or you can spend twenty minutes next Sunday looking at five numbers that mean something next to each other, and know what to make on Monday.

Every number on this page is from my own account, including the sixteen ideas that failed.

Nothing on this site is a promise of income. What you make, if anything, depends on your own work. Results vary and plenty of people make nothing at all.
