Digital products delivered as downloadable files or as access to online material. Nothing is shipped. Prices are shown in US dollars and include any tax we are required to charge.
Immediately after payment, by email and on the confirmation page. If something does not arrive, write to hello@fixyourincome.co and we will send it again.
Unless the product page says otherwise, you buy a licence for your own personal and business use. You may use what you learn however you like.
You may not resell, republish, share or give away the files themselves.
Some products are sold with resale rights. Where that is the case, the product page says so clearly, and these terms apply:
You may sell the product to your own customers, under your own name and at your own price. You keep what you charge. Your customers may resell it in the same way.
You may edit the material and put your own branding on it.
You may not claim to be the original author of material you did not write, present our results as your own, or use our brand name, our account names or our screenshots in your marketing.
Your resale rights end if your purchase is refunded. If you take a refund, you no longer have a licence to sell the product, and any copies you have distributed remain your responsibility.
We sell information and materials. We do not sell an outcome.
Nothing on this site is a promise of income, followers, sales or any other result. What happens depends on what you do, how much work you put in, the market you are in, and factors outside anyone's control. Results vary, and many people who buy this kind of material achieve nothing with it.
Any figures we publish describe our own account and our own history.
They are a record of what happened to us. They are not a prediction of what will happen to you, and they are not typical.
Our material refers to services we do not control, such as Instagram, Canva and various checkout tools. Their terms, prices and features change without notice, and we are not responsible for them. If a platform changes its rules in a way that affects a method we describe, that is outside our control.
We are liable for direct loss caused by our own gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and for anything Norwegian law does not permit us to exclude.
We are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss. In any case, our total liability is limited to what you paid us.
Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Payment is taken at purchase through our payment provider. We never see or store your card details. If a payment is reversed or charged back, your licence to use the product ends.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are heard by the Norwegian courts. As a consumer you may also have the right to bring a case in the courts of your own country, and to use the European
Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may change these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought.
