You never ran out of ideas. You ran out of evenings.

Most accounts don't fail because the content is bad. They fail because the person behind them ran out of energy. Making one reel at a time costs more time than most people have, and sooner or later the week wins.

This is how you make a whole week in one sitting instead.

You know exactly how this goes

It is ten o'clock on a Wednesday. Tomorrow has nothing in it.

You open the app anyway. You scroll your own drafts, you look at a clip you saved last week, and you cannot make yourself care. So you decide you will do it in the morning, properly, when you are fresh.

Thursday you do not. Friday feels pointless because the run is already broken. By Sunday you are telling yourself you will start again Monday, and some part of you already knows you will be here again in nine days.

And the worst part is not the missed post. It is what you start telling yourself about you.

It was never a discipline problem

Nobody has the energy to think of something, make it, and post it, seven days a week, on top of a job, a home and everyone in it. Nobody. Not the accounts you follow, not the ones that look effortless, and not me.

They are not more disciplined than you. They are just not doing it one at a time.

Here is the part that actually costs you. Every single reel starts with the same ten minutes. Open the app, find the template, hunt for a clip, dig out the note with the hook in it, remember where you saved things last time. Ten minutes of getting ready before a single second of making.

Seven reels, one evening at a time, is over an hour a week of just getting ready. You have been paying that every night for months, and it never showed up anywhere.

WHY I BUILT THIS

Zero to 3,000 followers in three months

Zero to 1,000 in the first five weeks. Zero to 3,000 in three.

A big part of that was simply showing up every single day, without a gap, for months. That is the thing almost nobody manages, and it is the reason almost everybody quits.

I could only do it because I stopped making reels one at a time.

Then it got harder. I added five trial reels a day on top of five regular reels a week, which is forty reels every single week. There is no version of my life where I make forty reels one evening at a time. The system is not a nice-to-have here. It is the only reason the account is still standing.

You do not work faster. You work once. You stop starting.

Sit down once with your clips ready, your templates built and your hooks written, and the ten minutes of getting ready happens once. Not seven times.

Seven reels, one at a time, across seven evenings. Around ninety minutes. Seven reels, one sitting. Around twenty five.

Same seven reels. Same work. A quarter of the time.

And you do it on the day that actually has two hours in it.

That is the other half of this. On Wednesday night you don't have 2 free hours or the energy needed. On Sunday afternoon you do. You are simply moving the work to where the time and energy already is.

Nothing about you changed. You just stopped paying the same tax over and over.

Forty is my number. Yours might be seven.

This is a rate, not a total. Whatever you post, you make it all in one sitting.

How often you post Reels per week
Once a day 7
Twice a day 14
Five regular a week, plus five trial reels a day 40

Pick the rhythm first and the number falls out of it. Forty is the top row, and the only reason that row is even possible is what comes next.

Two minutes and forty eight seconds.

One reel, built from a template, start to finish. New clip, new text, thumbnail made, exported, then the file opened and checked before moving on.

Timed on camera, in one take, on the fifth of September 2026. No cuts, clock running in the corner of the screen.

Nothing in this book is estimated and presented as measured.

IN THIS BOOK

Everything I do on a Sunday, in order

  • The batch method, and why seven at once takes a quarter of the time

  • The template system, so you never make a layout decision twice

  • The thirty minute setup, and the ten clips that cover forty reels

  • The thumbnail routine that takes fifteen seconds and exports with the video

  • Naming and folders, so scheduling takes ten minutes instead of forty

  • How to put a whole week into the Instagram scheduler in one go

  • Where the ideas come from, so you never sit down at zero

  • Forty hook structures to fill with your own words

  • A printable checklist you tick off as you go

Three pages from the book. The safe zone, the templates, and the thumbnail routine.

86 pages. No theory you cannot use on Sunday.

Every reel already looks like it belongs to you

This is the part I did not expect when I started.

Because every reel comes out of the same few templates, they share a font, a size, a position, a feel. You did nothing extra to make that happen. You made the design decision once, on a day you had the energy to make it well, and every reel since has inherited it.

So you never sit there at eleven at night deciding where the text goes, how big it should be, or whether this one should look different. That question is closed. It stopped being your problem months ago.

Then someone lands on your profile from one reel, and she does not see forty different looks from someone still figuring out her style. She sees an account that looks finished.

That is what makes a stranger follow you, and the templates gave it to you for free.

Every reel on this grid came out of a handful of templates.

What Monday looks like instead

One folder on your laptop. Every reel for the week inside it, named, in order, with a thumbnail on each one. All of them already scheduled.

You open Instagram on Monday to talk to people. Not to panic, not to scroll for something to save, not to decide anything.

Then Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday go by and you post on every one of them, on a week where your actual life was loud. Not because you got disciplined. Because you already did it on Sunday.

That is the week that changes the account. Not the clever reel. The eleventh one in a row.

Every future edition, free

Instagram changes and CapCut changes, and this book changes with them. Every future edition is yours at no extra cost, for as long as I keep writing it.

There is no better time to buy it than now, and no version of waiting that gets you anything.

Hi, I'm Amy

I run a faceless Instagram account. No face, no voice, not once. It went from zero to 1,000 followers in five weeks and past 3,000 in three months, and it is still growing while you read this.

I did not do that by being clever. I did it by posting every single day without stopping, and the only reason I could keep that up is the system in this book.

I had built faceless accounts before this one. They made money, but I had built the wrong audience, so selling to them was always uphill. So I started again at zero and built this one in the right order from day one.

I write down what actually worked, with the real numbers next to it. Most of what gets sold in this corner of Instagram has never been tested by the person selling it. That is the whole difference.

Two hours on Sunday. Then all of next week is ready.

Before you decide

I am not good at editing.

You do not need to be. You build the template once, and after that every reel is the same handful of clicks. The book shows you every one of them.

I do not want to be on camera.

I never have been. Not once, on any account. Nothing in this needs your face or your voice.

I only post three times a week.

Then your batch is three, and you get your evenings back instead of your Sunday being the only day that works. Same method, smaller number.

Will my first batch really take two hours?

No. Your first one takes longer, because you are building the templates I already have. You build them once. After that they are the entire reason a reel takes under three minutes instead of twenty, and every batch for the rest of the year is fast.

What do I have to pay for on top?

CapCut is free. You need background clips, and I pay for a library because everything in it shares one look. Free sources work too, they just take more sorting. The method does not depend on any one of them.

The next four weeks are going to happen either way

You will either spend them the way you spent the last four, deciding at ten at night whether you have anything to post, or you will spend four Sundays and have every single day covered.

The difference between an account that grows and one that does not is almost never the content. It is whether the posts actually got made.

$27, once. Free updates for life.
